From the Best Western group, the Hotel Genova does not display the banality and coldness of some large chains. The hotel is very close to Porta Nuova station and close to the centre, the rooms are friendly and personalized, the reception is charming and the breakfast rich. A good address, in a beautiful building in the late th century.

Ottima posizione centrale e accanto alla stazione. Concierge di ottima qualità e in generale personale squisito. Hotel e stanze pulite. Seppur piccina la nostra era ottimale. Colazione con vasta scelta. Spa piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Davvero davvero complimenti!

Ho soggiornato una sola notte per lavoro e al momento del check-in mi hanno assegnato la camera 538, piano quinto, posto sulla strada che rimanda nella camera i rumori della vita quotidiana. Camera da utilizzare come singola perché il tetto scosceso abbellito da delle travi di legno importanti rischia di farti rompere la testa. Ma la cosa che più mi ha destabilizzato non avere l'acqua calda nel bagno la mattina...ergo doccia fredda. È un feedback per il direttore dell' albergo che dovrebbe tenere conto di questi disservizi.
