Ottima esperienza. Viaggio di lavoro. Accoglienza gentile, personale educato. Camere ben arredate, pulite, tutto quello che può servire a disposizione; qualche pecca nelle finiture che non hanno intaccato la qualità dell' esperienza. Colazione abbondante con tutto quello che ci si può aspettare da questo tipo di hotel. Attaccato alla stazione di Porta Nuova ma a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Mole Antonelliana (= centro). Molto consigliato

Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla mio secondo soggiorno in questo hotel.
Personale poco disponibile - hanno completamente ignorato una richiesta di upgrade - alcune delle camere non sono ristrutturate e sono orribili e la pulizia lascia a desiderare.
Colazione e posizione sono due punti a favore.

Struttura posta in zona centrale, vicino alla Stazione Ferroviaria di Porta Nova. Ubicazione perfetta per poter visitare la città a piedi. Struttura accogliente con personale altamente professionale e disponibile. Risolto tempestivamente un inconveniente della nostra stanza, con l’assegnazione di altra stanza di livello superiore. Di ottima qualità i prodotti offerti a colazione e la disponibilità del personale a soddisfare le varie esigenze che gli ospiti manifestavano. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo in relazione al livello della struttura ( un 4* ) e dell’ubicazione della stessa. Consigliatissimo.

Je vous déconseille cependant de venir en voiture: se garer et circuler à Turin est compliqué si on n'est pas autochtone. Et le maillage de transports en commun est si performant...et les quartiers piétons bien accueillants....
