Inaugurated in January 2005, the hotel has been set up in an old building over 200 years old, close to the former The and has only seven rooms, equipped with AC and TV. If the address is well located just a few steps away from Saida's tourist attractions, the rooms are worth a new twist. The hotel has its own café open all day.

Proximité immédiate avec tous les lieux touristiques de Saida. Attention, proximité immédiate avec une mosquée, l'appel à la prière de nuit peut surprendre (et inévitablement vous réveiller).
Pour la qualité du service, l'hôtel est très cher (65$/2 personnes) et profite de l'absence de concurrence.
Horaires d'ouverture larges. Petit déjeuner typique inclus.
Lits ok mais entretien médiocre. 1 Serviettes de bain pour 2 personnes... Douche sans rideau, volets cassés. Climatisation peu efficace. Personnel uniquement arabophone aux heures d'astreinte.
