Close to the Syrian border are the ruins of a Roman temple whose stones were mostly reused by the villagers. The temple itself is very partially preserved. If you look closely you will find sculptures and pieces of the main enclosure. The site is surrounded by the village. This peripatetic temple stood on an imposing podium measuring 40 m by 22 m.
