On the heights of Zahle, the hotel Saint-Joseph is a good plan that can satisfy small budgets. The reception is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. Some rooms have views of the city. It's very nice at sunrise. The staff were very helpful.

This foyer is a hotel with a welcome excellent, spacious rooms and very clean with views of Zahlé (if there is the opportunity to have a room " good côté" of course). For a double room, it is 40$ with very hearty breakfast! The only downside is that it is on the heights of Zahlé, as a result, you go during good fifteen minutes to get to the city centre, or you request a taxi.
