By far our favorite restaurant in Batroun! From the church Notre-Dame-de-la-Mer, follow south towards Bahsa Bay. On your right, a sign indicates Makaad el Mir. Between two houses, we arrive at the seaside. Welcome to Maguy! Chez is a boats on the rocks with a lovely terrace on the edge of the water which offers breathtaking views over the bay. We eat fresh fish, chosen at the entrance to the restaurant, accompanied by a fattouche plate and a few fries. It is simple but very good and prices are quite reasonable. The restaurant also has an interior room decorated with bric and broc. An address not to be missed!

J'ai été très déçue par Chez Maguy chez qui j'allais régulièrement il y a quelques années. Les prix sont exorbitants, nous avons commandé un demi-kilo de poissons, un moutabbal (caviar d'aubergines) et une salade Fattouche avec 4 rouleaux au fromage et on en a eu pour 53.000 livres... En plus le poisson n’était pas très cuit et le fantoche pas très bon. Je ne recommande donc plus du tout Chez Maguy, c'est vraiment dommage, car le cadre est très beau...
