In the middle of the main street, Kaddoum Center is a local café-restaurant perfect for a drink or a bite to eat. It has some terrace tables and the prices are acceptable. If the whole has less charm than other establishments in the souk, the cuisine is authentic and recommended by the inhabitants of Byblos themselves (especially the dish of the day: usually meat or vegetables accompanied by rice).

Open every day from 8am to 2am (until 4am on weekends). Salads around LBP 15,000, pizzas between LBP 14,000 and 17,000, pasta between LBP 18,000 and 27,000, burgers between LBP 14,000 and 16,000, chiche taouk at LBP 24,000, fruit juices between LBP 6,000 and 10,000, espresso at LBP 5,000.

The location is perhaps the best PS de Byblos: the restaurant is two steps from the souks but in a street " moderne". Food dish is good, on condition that choosing the menu " libanais" dish; between LL10.000 and LL15.000, which include a salad and traditional dish of vegetables, meat and rice. It good, hearty and is recommended by the Lebanese one of Byblos themselves.
