OFFEST

Organised since 2001, its programming is more eclectic than the Skopje Jazz Fest with local and international jazzmen, but also artists more «pop» such as Massive Attack and David Byrne or the Tuareg groups and Corsican singing songs. Concerts take place at the Opera, at the Universal Hall (boulevard Partizanski Odredi) and at the Frosina cinema (wharf Dimitar Vlahov).
