EAST GATE MALL

Scheduled to open in 2021, the country's largest shopping center is located on the eastern bank, south of the university (bus stop "Khotel Kontinental", lines 2, 2a, 16, 43, 45, 50, 50a, 52, 53, 54, 55, 55a, 62, 63, 63a, 63b, 65, 65a, 65v, 66, 68 and 69). It houses around 170 stores of all types. Also on site: free parking, garage, gym, children's play area for a fee, fast-food outlets, cafés and restaurants. East Gate Mall also includes a residential section. It is owned by the Albanian investment group Balfin.
