In this beautiful bakery you can buy the gnocco fritto, a fried bread dough that has the shape of a large ravioli and that the locals traditionally accompany with cold meats. There are also different kinds of breads, pizza slices, pies and pastries, as well as a wide variety of fresh pasta to be cooked later or eaten on the spot (tagliatelle, stuffed pasta, passatelli...). Bar open at all hours for a coffee or an aperitif; it's a pity that the service in the dining room is not always very friendly...

Melli avrebbe tante potenzialità, la qualità dei prodotti e’ indubbia così come la bellezza della location, ma il servizio dell’area esterna è assolutamente inadeguato. Cameriera maleducata e arrogante, tempi di attesa biblici, se qualcuno non vuole il ristorante deve andare a fare la fila dentro per ordinare anche se altri commensali fanno servizio ristorante. Prezzi cresciuti a dismisura rispetto al servizio. 10/12 euro per dei tortelli prodotti da loro su un tavolo di plastica e con una cameriera che ti fa un piacere a servirti…anche no grazie. A questo punto vado da chi sa fare meglio il suo mestiere in piazza Fontanesi. Peccato

Ho organizzato la mia festa di laurea e posso dire che mi sono trovata benissimo. La gentilezza dello staff e la loro professionalità ha contributo a rendere la festa perfetta. Per non parlare del cibo super ottimo.
