CARPIGIANI GELATO MUSEUM

The gelato (the true and the only "Italian" ice) finally has its museum. A few kilometres from Bologna, in Anzola, the exhibition takes place in the old Carpigiani factory. More than time machines, thousands of photos, documents and historical archives, utensils and accessories that tell the story of the ice and the professionalism of those who worked for its transformation through the centuries. Educational laboratories are organized for those who would like to specialize in making delicious gelati.
