The Bologna Chocolate Fair, the most important chocolate fair in Italy, is held every year in Piazza XX Settembre, close to the train station and the historic centre. It welcomes numerous exhibitors and artisans who let their creations be tasted, and offers laboratories and cooking shows to learn about this magical art.
