Perfetta localizzazione, due passi da piazza Maggiore! Veramente bellissimo! Mi sono sentita come casa! Bellissima decorazione dentro camera con una atmosfera accogliente. Assolutamente tornero presto!

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever attempted to sleep in and gave horrible back pain. I say attempted because we didn’t get any sleep at all. I could literally hear everything my neighbors were doing in their rooms from their television to even when they would cough. The noise from outside was infinitely worse non stop yelling and screaming from the street. Garbage men at 2am being equally loud and then at the crack of dawn you get the pleasure and smell from the fish market. The bathroom was disgusting with mold and a bad smell. There was only one tiny waste basket in the room located in the bathroom. The room got unbearably hot and to no one’s surprise the air conditioning didn’t work. The television was tiny and in like a closet which you can’t see from the bed, and of course it didn’t work either. We booked two nights and left after one and was told we wouldn’t receive a refund for the night we weren’t staying. I am perplexed at how they have so many good reviews which is a main reason I booked it. I would suspect most of the reviews aren’t real. We left feeling scammed as it wasn’t exactly cheap.
