Sfoglia Rina is a restaurant that offers authentic cuisine made with quality ingredients, presented in a simple way with a touch of creativity. For the menu, you can choose between the classics of the Bolognese tradition and their seasonal proposals. For example, you can enjoy tortellini or taglionini with meat broth, lasagna bolognese, tigelle and salami cheese, risotto with lemon, endive hearts and anchovy butter... For dessert, you will find traditional local and Italian desserts such as the classic Bolognese rice cake, tenerina, tiramisù and many more. The establishment also offers breakfast: brioche, homemade cakes, steaming coffee, mocha... Sfoglia Rina is also a place for sharing, and therefore organizes cooking classes for young and old.
Very tasty, small portions though and no tiramisu for dessert unfortunately. Personally I like places with more "character".

Non si accettano prenotazioni, quindi si dovrà fare la fila (l’attesa appena entrati viene ripagata fidatevi)
Prezzi più che onesti.
Unica pecca sono gli spazi un po’ ristretti del locale che a mio avviso avrebbe bisogno di più spazio. Per pranzo c’è tanta fila da fare quindi bisogna andarci quando si ha parecchio tempo a disposizione, anche per l’unico bagno abbiamo fatto 15 minuti di fila tanto che le nostre portate erano già arrivate e raffreddate. Posto molto apprezzato dai turisti che possono gustarsi tipici piatti della tradizione Bolognese! Da provare assolutamente! ???????? ????
