Moulin which is now a multi-purpose center and information point for park visitors.
Of the 36 mills that once dotted the territory of the park, Gassetta is one of the last to have survived. An eighteenth-century building, the mill is now a multipurpose center. It is in fact an information point for visitors to the park, which acts as a link with the tourist office, a museum and a delicious trattoria. Nothing better than to taste a dish of trenette al pesto, after a walk in the park and a visit to the old wine press! The new managers also offer guided walks inside the park.
