Set in an elegant building facing the beach with sea views, Hotel Mediterranee is a 3-star establishment in Genova Pegli. It is just a 5-minute walk from Genova Pegli train station and 11 km from the Genoa Aquarium. The bright, simple rooms come with Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, minibar and seating area. The hotel offers a cosy regional restaurant, a simple bar and a lounge with leather armchairs. A buffet breakfast is served every morning, and meeting rooms are available. Hotel services and facilities include free Wi-Fi, free parking, disabled access, air conditioning and a laundry service. Avoir la chance de se voir attribuer une chambre avec vue sur la mer, quel pied, une vue à 180°, au troisième étage. Mais petit bémol, même avec la fenêtre fermée, pourtant équipée de double vitrage, la clameur de la rue est très présente et quand en plus, le pub, sous l'hôtel organise une soirée musicale, les basses vous accompagnent allègrement jusqu'à minuit ! ! Sinon la chambre est confortable, le lit aussi, la salle de bain, petite mais fonctionnelle. Comme nous étions en voyage de groupe, on nous a servi le repas et le petit déjeuner dans une salle à part. Pas mauvais, mais pas exceptionnel non plus, à noter, le café, chaud, est servi à volonté. A noter aussi que le wifi est gratuit dans le hall de l'hôtel mais payant dans les chambres.
