We arrived and the place was closed 3 weeks ago and they didn't bother to send us an email to cancel our reservation that we made 4 months ago!

21 settembre 2022, effettuata una prenotazione tramite agenzia,tutto regolare ,arrivato sul posto alle ore 20.30, l'hotel era chiuso,tutto spento,provo a contattare il numero di telefono presente sul mio vaucer,numero inesistente, prendo il numero dal sito dell'hotel identico al mio vaucer, stesso risultato numero inesistente, chiedo ad un vicino se l'albergo era aperto e magari avesse un altra entrata, mi viene riferito che poco prima un'altro cliente era rimasto fregato come me.... senza parole!

La valutazione non è dovuta all’albergo in sé, ma al fatto che fosse chiuso a causa di un’ingiunzione fallimentare (era presente un cartello sulla porta di ingresso), ma disponibile alla prenotazione tramite vari aggregatori, situazione spiacevole che abbiamo vissuto il week-end passato (17/18 settembre 2022). Una telefonata potrebbe cambiare l’esito della vostra permanenza ????
