Family run budget hotel with spacious air-conditioned rooms near the Principe train station

Just 150 m from the Principe train station, a small family-run budget hotel with 13 simple but very spacious rooms, some of which still boast beautiful^17th-centuryceiling frescoes and marble floors. A certain charm and comfort, with air-conditioning, TV, minibar, hairdryer and safe, but the establishment is not soundproofed and you can hear the noise of traffic on the street side. If possible, book a room on the upper floors. A kind of family guesthouse, a convenient base in the heart of the city, friendly and unpretentious.

· l’accueil, les conseils de visites, la chambre avec ce magnifique plafond et parquet renaissance..

N'a pas aimé · que les gens ce plaignent de ne pas avoir d’ascenseur .. alors que ce n’est rien avec les kilomètres parcourus à travers Gènes. Au lieu de vous plaindre .. profitez

Buon hotel situato in posizione strategica a pochi passi (letteralmente) dalla (bella) Stazione di Piazza Principe e con tutte le attrazioni turistiche e culturali in un raggio percorribile tranquillamente a piedi.
L'hotel è un due stelle molto accogliente che mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti, per ogni camera, anche un frigorifero ed un bollitore per tè/caffè.
Le camere sono sufficientemente grandi, pulitissime e comode, alcune persino affrescate (l'albergo si trova in un edificio storico).
La struttura paga un po' lo scotto di trovarsi al terzo piano di un palazzo antico senza ascensore, il che può essere scomodo per chi ha problemi motori o viaggia con un bagaglio pesante.
Gestori gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per un consiglio di itinerario turistico o per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno.
Rapporto prezzo/qualità ottimo.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera confortevole e pulita. Posizione ottima per visitare Genova. Pecca manca l ascensore per arrivare al terzo piano.
