A pizzeria on the heights of Castelletto cooking great pizzas with original condiments and incredible desserts.
On the heights of Castelletto, a super pizzeria that makes delicious pizze but also farinata to be enjoyed with onions, cheese, artichokes or sausages. A tempting menu, whose pizzas' names alone are enough to make your mouth water: Arrabbiata, Campagnola, Rustica... Unsurprisingly, the restaurant takes its name from the funicular railway that runs from the town center up the hill: old photos hanging on the walls recall the origins of this means of public transport dating back to the beginning of the last century.

Die Bedienung war nett und schnell, aber recht kurz angebunden.
Das Essen war allerdings perfekt! Die Vorspeise hat bereits die messlatte hoch angesetzt und aufgezeigt, wo die kulinarische Reise hinführt.
Die Karte bot sehr viel Auswahl was Pizzen anging. Die Suche nach pasta war vergebens.
Die bestellten Pizzen jedoch waren sehr schnell am Tisch und waren der absolute Höhepunkt, die beste Pizza die mein Partner und ich bislang in Italien gegessen hatten!
Zu späterer Stunde sollte man allerdings am besten reservieren, da das Restaurant ab 20 Uhr auch stark von einheimischen besucht wird.
