A friendly trattoria with an old-fashioned decor serving exquisite regional specialties such as farinata or stuffed vegetables.
Formerly a salt depot(sa'pesta means "crushed salt" in Genoese), this old-fashioned trattoria is a favorite of Genoese, where farinata and pies made with rice, onions and vegetables are cooked over a wood fire. The two large ovens welcome visitors at the entrance, with a choice of takeaway specialties or on-the-spot consumption in the back rooms. The setting has retained its old-world charm, with small green and white tiles covering the walls, wooden tables and a dessert cart. A friendly, authentic atmosphere.

Di ripasso da qui, ci ritornerò. La signora che dirige il traffico con me è stata carinissima e mi ha permesso di condividere un tavolo da tre con due amabili signore che come me erano in coda ????
