The canteen on the ground floor of a yoga centre perched on the pretty Salita della Tosse offers 100% organic dishes that are both healthy and tasty. Lasagne with pesto, basmati rice with coconut milk and Thai vegetables, tofu with sesame... A wide range of herbal teas with ayurvedic herbs, fresh juices and cold extracts, vegan cakes and biscuits and rigorously homemade bread. A pure place to meditate and relax.
