In the heart of the city, the setting of the Vögele (little bird in German) is captivating. The restaurant is housed in an old, traditional building in the centre: on the ground floor there is a very rustic, wooded room, on the first floor there are three rooms with a more refined look. To reach it, you cross the narrow courtyard that was once characteristic of the urban houses of the region. Local specialities such as South Tyrolean roast beef, the trio of beet, walnut and spinach knödels or tender braised beef cheeks in a Lagrein red wine sauce are on the menu.
