Zimmer sowie Hotel leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist aber sehr bemüht. Der Außen Pool war leider im Juni geschlossen- grüne wurden aber nicht genannt. Schade!

Brutto da dire, ma struttura allo sbando. Zero professionalità. Prese non funzionanti, pulizia molto a desiderare. Sulla vasca da bagno cadevano calcinacci dal soffitto.

Più che antico l’hotel sembra vecchio. La suite Sissi veramente datata e rovinata. Ampie aree abbandonate e fredde a dividere le varie zone dell’hotel, simbolo di un antico fascino ormai perduto. Accappatoi con i buchi, camere sporche (abbiamo trovato una scatola di biscotti aperta nell’armadietto, porta sapone in velluto macchiato, letto pieno di gatti di polvere). Piscina lasciata allo sbando senza personale, alcuni giorni acqua bollente altri giorni acqua fredda e alla reception non hanno idea di come regolarla. Servizi ed accoglienza da hotel una stella forse, non aiutano nemmeno con le valigie. Il complesso della valutazione viene migliorata dal ristorante ottimo e dalla posizione attaccata ai mercatini di Natale asburgici
