Owner's Message

The restaurant "Au Cerisier" has its origins in the meeting of two people in the same kitchen. Yannick Weber and Nicolas Pfirsch met in a restaurant, one as a chef and the other as a second. After working together for several months to delight the taste buds of their guests, these two enthusiasts decided to create their own table. After several months of research, they set up their kitchen in Westhoffen, the capital of the Alsatian cherry.
