The house has been in existence since 2011 and has quickly earned a fine reputation. It is stamped with the Taste Experience label rewarding tables that emphasize terroir and fresh ingredients. You can choose between the terrace on the canal and the room with walls lined with wine bottles. At the large slate, the menu is renewed every 3 weeks. The waitresses in black aprons and the cooks who can be seen working at the stove are visibly happy to be there. And you can feel from the start that the aim of the house is to please you.

Purtroppo al di sotto delle aspettative. Ho preso come antipasto l' "Insalata di trota salmonata di Sterpo...". Mi aspettavo che l'ingrediente principale fosse proprio la trota...e invece solo qualche pezzetto in mezzo agli altri ingredienti in un piccolo tortino. Era ottimo, niente da dire, ma piuttosto chiamatela per quello che veramente è: una "spolverata" di trota. Speravo di rifarmi col secondo e invece la mia coda di rospo è stata cucinata male, troppo cotta e per cui stopposa. Servita poi con una salsa allo zenzero e miele in cui il piccante dello zenzero sovrastava ogni sapore (la rana pescatrice è già di per se un pesce saporito). Mi aspetto che da un ristorante con stella non ci siano errori di cottura. Anche se proposta con il katsuobushi, i suoi 28 € non sono di certo meritati.

Ho potuto trascorrere una serata tranquilla, con cibi vicini alla mia alimentazione (hanno anche il pane di segale).

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern eine wunderschönen Abend verbracht! Sehr schöne Location! Super Ambiente. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich! Kinder sind definitiv, wie in Italien üblich, gern gesehene Gäste! Der Chef persönlich hat beim Servieren immer einen kleinen Spaß für die Kinder auf Lager! Somit wird der Abend auch für die Kinder nicht langweilig!
Das Essen war vorzüglich! Sehr ausgefallene Speisen mit Liebe zubereitet und perfekt serviert. Es gibt zu jedem Gang auch die zugehörige Erklärung! Die Weinempfehlung vom Chef war hervorragend! Der Preis war für den gebotenen Service und die Qualität absolut in Ordnung! Unbedingt vorab einen Tisch reservieren!
