Inhabited since 1945 by a community of Micronesian originating in Banaba, Ocean Island, the island is home to the best Pacific dancers: the Banaban Dancers. On one Thursday in two, you will be able to cross the inhabitants of this island, when they come to town to reach their balance of the state (teachers and employees of public works). The island is no more tourist than Kioa and, to take a tour, it is necessary to apply for authorisation to the governing board. The best way to get there for the day is to ask your hotel to contact the board and organise your visit.
