BLISS YOGA

Located next to Accra's international airport, this yoga center is getting quite a bit of press in town. Attended by locals and expatriates alike, it offers Vinyasa yoga classes (very close to traditional yoga and using breathing), a powerful technique for rebalancing body and mind.
