This traditional salmon smokehouse, one of the oldest in Ireland, is renowned throughout the world for its ancestral know-how, passed down from generation to generation (the third today) in the Roberts family. un régal
Une smokerie de saumon au bord de mer. Des produits de qualité. Saumon fumé, rillettes, maquereaux fumés. Nous avons achetés divers produits puis pique niqué sur la plage. Par contre les produits sont vendu congelé. Il suffit ( sur conseil de la vendeuse) de mettre la plaquette de poisson dans un sac et mettre le tout dans un trou d'eau. Il décongèle lentement mais en 10-15 min c'est prêt. Ils expédie aussi pour ceux qui le souhaite
