The museum, located in the Customs House, is a Palladian-style museum with a valuable collection of objects and art from prehistoric times to the 18th century. It is a private collection that belonged to the Hunt family of antiquarians who donated it to the state. The art and antiquities of Ireland are particularly present. Musée qui vaut le coup d’œil
