ÖRESUND BRIDGE

The bridge between Malmö and Copenhagen opened on 1 July 2000, creating unity between the neighbouring countries. It is possible to travel by car, motorbike, van and minibus, making it quick and comfortable to get to Sweden or Denmark, depending on the direction! Traffic can be heavy at times, especially during rush hour, but the good general organisation means that traffic flows smoothly most of the time, so no worries. The train also runs here and the line is connected to Malmö Central Station by the City Tunneln, which is very convenient!
