Archaeology handicrafts and science and technology sites to visit Västerås

Five kilometres east of Västerås, this unique - and free - site attracts thousands of tourists every year. It is indeed the largest burial mound in Sweden, a remnant of this crossroads during the Viking period and a place where the king passed through after his coronation in the Middle Ages.
