The Bistro Silvanum is located in the Cultural and Artistic Center of Gävle. It is a cafeteria where you can have lunch for a very good price and which offers a very honest dish of the day and a "soup" menu (with coffee included). The entrance to the Centre d'Art Contemporain is free, so you can easily take advantage of a stop at the bistro to have a look at the temporary exhibition. In summer, you can enjoy a meal on the terrace with good quality food.
