BIOSPHERE RESERVE FROM THE MOUTH OF THE KING

With an area of 9,678 hectares and recognized by the UNESCO Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Program, the Bouche du Roy Reserve is part of the Mono Transfrontier Biosphere Reserve. On the spot, different circuits are proposed (socio-economic activities of women in the reserve; biodiversity circuit) and allow in particular to develop the environment (protection of the mangrove, carbon action, protection of the marine turtles, bird island...).
