The best restaurants Grand-Popo

Delightfully located on the beach, the restaurant of the Auberge de Grand-Popo is a beautiful address to put your feet under the table. A dozen tables, covered with white tablecloths, invite you to enjoy a romantic setting. Guy Catherine, the owner of the place, invests in the training of his staff, and you can feel it. The menu is also full of good surprises. Well-stocked and inventive, it highlights many local products at reasonable prices, tender meat, meaty fish and shrimps cooked to perfection.

The Nonvignon center is an application center and aims to train restaurant professionals since 2020. Obviously, young inhabitants of Grand-Popo, surrounded by seasoned professionals, are at the helm of this friendly straw hut, literally placed on the beach. On the menu, African dishes cooked with local products, some European proposals (pizzas, pasta dishes...) and home-made pastries. Not to spoil anything, the setting is really nice and the prices rather soft.
