This restaurant in Grand-Popo is THE place to be for an evening by candlelight. This straw hut "feet in the sand" was opened by the chef Matthieu Yelome. A chef who surprises with the uniqueness of his menu and the excellence of his African, French and Italian dishes. As a beachfront restaurant, fish and seafood take pride of place: carp, lobster, sole, barracuda... grilled to perfection, sautéed with parsimony and finesse. A cuisine of great quality, where Africa and Europe meet.

I have just spent four days exceptional to Grand Popo. It rained, fortunately, I could enjoy the welcome and good food Saveurs d'Afrique. That enabled me to forget all the rest. In the rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Recommended
