Mess des Elus is a perfect address to sit down to dinner in the quiet garden of the Ouidah tourist office. The menu offers African dishes (notably mutton with peanut sauce), barbecue specialties, but also some French, Italian or even Lebanese dishes. One can also enjoy delicious grilled prawns and shrimps (from 10 000 to 12 000 FCFA). A good option when going to collect information on the historical city or to book an organized tour. There is also a cybercafé on site.
