Bed and breakfast located in the center of the capital, offering five well-equipped and decorated ventilated or air-conditioned rooms.

Here is a small charming address located in the center of the capital near the sea front and many restaurants. To put down your suitcases, you can choose between five ventilated or air-conditioned rooms, all nicely decorated and very well equipped (wifi, Italian shower...). Depending on the floor, they share a terrace or a patio. The hosts Jocelyne and Térence are also very friendly. These hosts will also be able to give you many advices and propose you local dishes and home-made fruit juices if needed.

Located in the heart of the economic capital Cotonou near the airport, in the residential and administrative district of Zongo Nima Camp Guezo, quiet and secure, our B&B is not far from the waterfront, the commercial port, the offices of the P.N.U.D, the G.I.Z, the O.N.U, Swiss Développent as well as the Hall of Arts and the Craft Center. Our street is also home to the German, Brazilian and Senegalese embassies, as well as many famous restaurants and bars. Our B&B offers you a warm place and 5 pleasant double rooms with fan or air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, with their Italian shower, several terraces and patios, are at your disposal. Continental breakfast is included in the nightly rate. If you want to taste the local cuisine, your hosts will be pleased to provide you with delicious home-made food and drinks

Three spacious, comfortable rooms with double bed, Wi Fi, cable TV, air conditioning or fan, are located on the second floor and share a large shaded and pleasantly ventilated terrace. Two spacious rooms with fan and double bed are on the first floor. All of them have Italian-style showers and toilets and are non-smoking. See our general booking conditions.

Very nice place in a very good and quiet neighborhood. I felt very welcome and staying there for few nights added some authenticity to Cotonou experience.
There are not many restaurants and options to go out in walking distance but no worries as the burger is excellent and, with a bit of luck, in one of the evenings I got also a very good entrecôte. The cafe gourmet is surely something to try!

We really enjoyed staying here as the host Terrance is friendly and the staff is very friendly and helpful too. The rooms are comfortable, nothing fancy but that’s perfect for us. Price-quality-location balance is very good. Good food and the location is easy to access.

Chez Rita on est comme chez soi: un cadre agréable et calme, bien situé, proche de l'aéroport, et surtout un restaurant excellent, un personnel pro et aux petits soins. Grand merci a Terence pour son accueil et disponibilité à rendre service.
