Beware of the services offered by this agency based with Cotonou.

During our stay 2 weeks at the beginning of February, we called on its " services" and was not bad disappointments.

- No program us was never confirmed in writing with details about excursions and prices.

- Various excursions were simply removed without any explanation.

- Incessant delays on the hours agreed upon announced... For this reason our guide presented himself a morning 2 hours delay.

- 4 breakdowns cars on 4 different vehicles.

- Refuse to take back us the last day at the airport, because it was not does not it due, so we had to appeal against ourselves with taxis.

Not bad for a company that is boast on its website to have the culture of the " zero défaut".

Fortunately this country is magnificent and people are very attractive.
