Perched on the 49th floor of the Plaza Tower, the Cloud Lounge and Dining is an exceptional rooftop bar. Its star attraction? A vodka room, where the most daring can sip their frozen drink at zero degrees. Be warned: evenings here can lighten your wallet by at least 400,000 Rp, but for a unique experience, why not? One small downside: the music could be less deafening. However, the friendly staff and the spectacular view over Jakarta are well worth a few extra decibels.
