Located at the United States Embassy in Côte d 'Ivoire, the American Cultural Center is an area of presentation of American culture and exchanges between Côte d' Ivoire and the United States, whose activity is carried out through seminars, concerts and conferences. Composed of an ultra-modern library with 19 computers, the CDI (documentation and information center) of the Cultural Center has over 6,000 books in English and French (the youth section has 700 books and programs) as well as an extremely comprehensive and documented web site that provides online access to the resources of the CDI and d have access to various documents and reports. Registration to the Commission is free; the applicant must provide a national identification piece, two identity photos, a stamped envelope to his or her personal address or that of his or her parents, as well as a professional card or student card. Possibility to register online to access the library, take English courses or join the CDI English Club.
