Here is a shaping workshop (construction-fabrication) of surfboards customized in the Ivorian way. This workshop of solidarity economy is a job creator: professional shapers from all over the world spend several months in residence to transmit their know-how to young Ivorian trainees. Part of the profits from the sale is donated to the Samuel Williams Foundation for Youth, and the boards that cannot be sold are distributed to children in the fishing villages of Assinie.
