Located 20 minutes from the Plateau at the extreme north of Cocody, in a residential area, the Eburnéa residence comprises about fifteen studios and duplex apartments, air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchenette and private terrace, sat TV (hotel services included). In the small restaurant next to a pretty swimming pool, you can eat very well, despite a rather limited choice. Varied services (laundry, car rental). Good value for money for the autonomous. Ideal for a stay of several weeks. Family atmosphere and pleasant setting.

La résidence est située dans une zone résidentielle huppée de la ville d'Abidjan Cocody angre .
Une très belle piscine pour un moment de détente , un petit restaurant ...
Ce que j'ai énormément apprécié c'est le désigné des chambres avec une petite cuisine et une terrasse c'est support confortable , je trouve aussi le rapport qualité prix intéressant... Ce n'est pas loin d'une résidence meuble .
Vous avez a proximité pas mal de boutique pour vos courses ...
Par contre pas de transport en commun à proximité ou du moins a 30mn de marche .
Très propre et très beau cadre bien adapté pour un séjour en famille .
Je vous le recommande cash
