Mario, the friendly owner of the place, is Corsican. His restaurant, with its exposed beams from the panelling to the walls and its solid wood everywhere, gives off a warm atmosphere. The menu, mixing Mediterranean and Corsican cuisine, offers a wide choice of cold meats and wines from the island of Beauty, carpaccios and well-stocked salads, tender slices of chicken with basil sauce (a pure delight), sea bass with a spicy curry, grouper steak or melting grills. To finish: a divine homemade Tatin, the irresistible banana-chocolate brick, the crème brûlée or the tiramisu.
