Both a restaurant and a cocktail bar, the West seduces with its elegant setting, high ceilings, and a subdued atmosphere with carefully designed lighting. Nice velvety benches are welcoming to drink a good cocktail or a good wine, on a tasteful musical background. Here you can taste an assortment of tapas in a new cuisine style, proposed on a renewed slate, with appealing compositions, like a ceviche of grouper with orange, a half-cooked tuna shiitake and its risotto with pistou. Thursday, salsa night with orchestra, occasional DJ sets.
