No longer young, but always valiant, Nem Bassac is one of the childhood memories of many Cocodians. Opened since the 1990s, this Vietnamese "fast-food" with a micro-terrace offers simple, fast and correct cuisine at reasonable prices. On the menu: typically Vietnamese flavours (black mushrooms, bamboo, ginger, pineapple...) sometimes a little too much oil, success stories such as spring rolls, crispy and doddled spring rolls, delicious stuffed crabs, almost caramelized Cantonese rice and the classic bobun.
