Don't be fooled by appearances: in this rather ugly high-rise building, located right in the center of town, just a stone's throw from the sea, you'll find good service and excellent value for money. The rooms (around 20, including eight family apartments) are carefully decorated, with floral tapestries. The top-floor restaurant and terrace offer panoramic views of the city and the Black Sea. Free private parking is available on site, a considerable asset in this area.
