But it has always kept its name: "Au cheval blanc" is today an elegant restaurant, which revisits in a contemporary sauce the traditional cuisine of Banat, crossed by Serbian, Italian, Austrian and Hungarian influences: duck legs with red cabbage, pork shank with beer, homemade tagliatelle with black truffles... It is delicious! The terrace allows you to enjoy the entertainment of the pedestrian centre.
