Pretty cheap. The traditional décor of the restaurant Bufniţa (La Chouette) is a little old fashioned with stove and carpet. The map, also in French, offers many Romanian dishes, not necessarily the best in the city. The summer, very welcoming terrace, well located in the Nicolae Bălcescu street.
