Located on the very heart of the royal estate, this beautiful Swiss-style building, built at the same time as Peleș Castle, once housed its guards. This heritage monument, adorned with remarkable woodwork, has been transformed into a hotel-café-restaurant, a complex named La Tunuri, in reference to the two cannons, emblems of the premises. The hotel boasts some 30 comfortable, well-equipped rooms, decorated in period style. All offer a privileged view of the castle. Reservations are recommended! The restaurant is also of high quality.

La situation de l'hôtel est exceptionnelle puisqu'il est dans le parc du Château Peles. Il est abrité dans un bâtiment historique, annexe technique du château (d'où le nom). Le lieu est très calme après 19 heures, l'accueil, le service, le restaurant où l'on peut dîner en terrasse sont impeccables pour ce prix et cette catégorie d'établissement. Le soir, il est possible de se balader dans le parc (châteaux Peles et Pelisor éclairés) et le matin, on est à deux minutes à pied du château Peles (à visiter absolument) sans avoir à se garer en bas de la colline. En saison d'été, éviter le week-end à cause de la cohue et des encombrements pour accéder à Sinaia.
