CARNAVAL DE KINGSTON

More modest than the one in Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago, this street carnival still attracts nearly 100,000 people! It takes place in New Kingston, it is authentic. In general, the main Carnival events (Jouvert and parade) are held in April. An explosion of music, bass, colors, joy! Lots of feathers, dancers and floats pulsating with socca all afternoon, but also reggae and calypso. The party is very safe and family, the parade lengthens with new floats along the route until the evening.
